Los Pobres Latin Jazz in Willow Glen THIS FRIDAY!
Join us at 7:00 p.m. at the Willow Glen Little Theater (Cottle at Malone) for the inaugural show of Willow Glen Live! Los Pobres is an 11-piece Latin jazz band made up of current and former SJSU Latin Jazz Ensemble members. They will be performing music from Tito Puente, Eddie Palmieri, Mongo Santamaria, Poncho Sanchez, along with some originals and spiced-up versions of jazz standards. Tickets are $5 for adults, and $3 for students. Willow Glen Live! is a new entertainment series in Willow Glen. Proceeds benefit the performing arts programs at Willow Glen Middle and Willow Glen High Schools.
